Introduction to IXM

Interaction Experience Management (IXM) is a new segment within the CX Market that focuses on how enterprises can collect information from customers and employees acting on their behalf (eg: financial advisors, insurance agents, etc.) more efficiently and effectively 

IXM encompasses a variety of technologies, such as SmartIQ, that enables companies to effectively manage data-centric processes and communcations intregral to their daily business operations, no matter how complex those processes may be.
