Smart Communications Study:
Smart Communications recently conducted a survey to determine consumer opinions about the current state of communications delivered by financial services, insurance and healthcare companies. Among the findings was the discovery that more than 63 percent of customers are likely to switch vendors that do not meet their expectations, and companies are putting themselves at particular risk if they don’t consider recent customer interactions when developing new communications. The study also revealed the five most important communication elements for consumers, the areas in which consumers feel enterprises are already succeeding, current channel preferences, whether consumers would be willing to provide more data in exchange for more relevant communications, and much more.
