Scaling the Conversation

It has been just more than a year since Smart Communications launched as an independent company and began our journey as the only independent company focused 100% on customer communications management. And what a year it has been!
In just 12 months, we were ranked as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Customer Communications Management, listed among the 20 Most Promising Insurance Technology Solution Providers by CIO Review, included on the list of Hot Companies in Customer Experience by DOCUMENT Strategy magazine and received Celent’s XCelent Technology award.
But even more importantly, in 2017 we helped hundreds of customers improve the accuracy and quality of their customer communications. They shifted their strategies, focusing more attention on engaging in meaningful customer conversations, while becoming more efficient and reducing costs as well. This is what we mean by scaling the conversation!
We recently had the opportunity to showcase many of these success stories at our INNOVATE 2017 conferences in Sydney, Orlando and London. In addition to presenting our first-ever SCALE awards to PNC Financial Services, John Hancock and Blue Shield of California, other Smart Communications customers (from leading enterprise organizations in industries such as healthcare, financial services, and insurance) shared their success stories as presenters and panelists. Together, we addressed topics such as digital transformation, hyper-personalization, unification across lines of business, real-time delivery and much more. All focused on helping to deliver more meaningful conversations.
