Smart Communications is named ‘Visionary’ in Gartner’s Customer Communications (CCM) Magic Quadrant

Smart Communications, the new-generation SaaS CCM solution, is recognised by Gartner Research for advancing the customer communications market.

London, Wednesday, 23 December – Gartner Research has released its latest analysis of the customer communications management (CCM) market, naming Smart Communications as “ Visionary” in its Magic Quadrant (*).

Published on December 21st 2015, the Gartner report commends Smart Communications for its unique, multi-tenant SaaS offering and hybrid cloud solutions, highlighting its strong authoring capabilities, browser-based interfaces and unique XML-based template development capabilities.

The report also recognises Smart Communications’ strong strategic partnerships and product-level integration with Salesforce and Guidewire applications. With the recent announcement of New London County Mutual Insurance Company selecting Smart Communications, Guidewire and Smart Communications now have over 45 shared customers worldwide within the insurance industry.
