Overview

The Ice Mortgage Technology MSP accelerator helps mortgage servicers and subservicers convert output files from Ice Mortgage Technology - MSP® Mortgage Servicing Platform to JSON, a native input format for SmartCOMM. Servicers that rely on MSP for mortgage transaction data can now leverage that data in conjunction with SmartCOMM’s tools to create consumer-friendly, on-brand, multi-channel communications. Servicers will now be able to collaborate to create compliant communication templates using data-driven business logic to drive client engagement and retention.
