By utilizing this low-code integration, business users in any industry can efficiently produce complex letters, contracts, policies, and other regulated documents and personalize all communication to deliver an optimal customer experience – across email, text, digital documents, and traditional print channels and formats. The accelerator provides;
Access to the SmartCOMM Draft Editor to support interactive and compliant communication personalizing directly from within the Appian platform – avoiding context-switching or relying on non-compliant Word templates
The ability for agents to easily personalize letters and correspondence with data or pre-approved language before the final generation of the communication
Full audit logging and approval workflows to ensure that the correct information is sent and routed as required by organizational workflows
Seamless search of approved templates – that are contextually relevant (i.e. no searching through a list of a hundred templates to find the right one)
Allows users to specify the data that should be filled in a template selector and save the generated draft document in Appian
Allows Appian users to download a document generated from Draft XML into the Appian Knowledge Center
