Features

The Appian accelerator for SmartCOMM integrates directly with the Appian platform and provides interactive communication capabilities. By utilizing this low-code integration, business users in any industry can efficiently produce complex letters, contracts, policies, and other regulated documents and personalize all communication to deliver an optimal customer experience – across email, text, digital documents, and traditional print channels and formats. The accelerator provides;

Access to the SmartCOMM Draft Editor to support interactive and compliant communication personalizing directly from within the Appian platform – avoiding context-switching or relying on non-compliant Word templates
