Simon Tindal has over 25 years of Customer Communications Management experience leading product development, engineering, and customer support teams to drive continuous innovation, 17+ years at Smart Communications. As the Chief Technology Officer, Simon is responsible for the company’s product strategy, formulation, development and cross-functional delivery to ensure the company’s solutions exceed customer expectations and support the business’ growth objectives. Tindal has built a reputation for developing game-changing solutions for today’s most complex enterprise organizations. The value these solutions bring to the market is regularly recognized by industry analysts, as they receive leader rankings year after year in reports from Aspire, IDC, Novarica, and Aragon, among others. Tindal also led the initiative to bring Smart Communications solutions to the cloud – the first provider in the industry to do so. And, the company’s fully integrated cloud platform continues to pave the way for innovation, enabling customers to be more agile, efficient and scalable than ever before. Prior to his role as CTO, Simon led the company’s Professional Services and Presales organizations. He also held leadership positions at Cincom Systems and Triangle Computer Services before joining Smart Communications in 2005.
