She led brand transformation, product marketing, and growth initiatives elevating product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market alignment during a period of rapid innovation and expansion. Julie has also held senior marketing leadership roles at SAP SuccessFactors, Zendesk, and Unit4, where she drove go-to-market transformation and advanced customer engagement and growth across key industries and verticals including customer experience, human capital management, public sector, not-for-profit, professional services, and financial services.

With more than two decades of experience in enterprise SaaS, Julie is known for building high-performing teams and aligning marketing, product, sales, and customer success to deliver measurable business outcomes. Her leadership has consistently driven gains in brand equity, product adoption, revenue growth, customer engagement, and market share across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. She brings a customer-first mindset and a proven ability to scale marketing strategies that create meaningful impact and sustainable growth.
