Rachel leads the financial and operational functions at Smart Communications, helping to drive the company’s growth strategy and support its strategic and operational initiatives. She joined Smart Communications in August 2026 following the company’s acquisition by Cinven. Rachel began her career in audit, qualifying as a chartered accountant before moving into the technology sector. She held roles at Bango PLC and Darktrace, where she supported the business through a period of rapid growth, its 2021 public listing and its 2024 acquisition by Thoma Bravo. In her spare time, Rachel is a keen gardener, classical music enthusiast and dog lover.
