Chris leads the commercial and revenue functions at Smart Communications, helping to drive the company’s global growth strategy and strengthen its go-to-market execution. He brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience and a proven track record of scaling global software businesses. Before joining Smart Communications, Chris served as CEO of US cybersecurity company Cobalt. He previously spent six years at LogMeIn, now GoTo, as General Manager of International Markets and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, serving on the Executive Leadership Team driving growth from $270 million to $1.4 billion. Chris has also held senior leadership roles at IBM, Unica, Witness Systems and Peregrine Systems. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 30 years and their three children, who all work in technology. He is also an avid skier and sports enthusiast who enjoys playing and watching almost anything involving a ball.
