Veteran ecosystem leader joins company to expand global alliances and accelerate partner-driven growth across its multi-product platform for regulated industries, including AI-powered customer engagement

London, March 25Smart Communications, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise customer communications and engagement technology, today announced the appointment of Satish Shenoy as Senior Vice President, Global Alliances and Partners.

In this role, Shenoy will lead Smart Communications’ global partner strategy, expanding the company’s ecosystem of technology partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), global systems integrators (GSIs), and service providers. His focus will be on strengthening strategic alliances, enabling deeper collaboration across the ecosystem, and accelerating partner-led growth across Smart Communications’ expanding multi-product Conversation Cloud platform.

Satish brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems for SaaS and technology companies operating in regulated industries and beyond. He is widely recognized for transforming alliances into scalable growth engines by aligning technology partners, service organizations, and sales teams around repeatable co-sell and co-build strategies.

Most recently, as Global Vice President of AI GTM & ISV Partnerships at SS&C Blue Prism, Shenoy built and scaled a global ecosystem across ISVs, GSIs, and system integrators that helped drive AI-powered growth in partner-influenced revenue. During his tenure, he was recognized as a 2025 Top Talent, placing him among the top echelon of high-potential leaders across the Fortune 1000 organization.

“Partners are a critical growth lever for Smart Communications as we continue to scale our platform globally,” said Dave Towers, Chief Revenue Officer at Smart Communications. “Satish brings deep expertise in building high-performing ecosystems that connect technology partners, services partners, and sales teams around shared outcomes. His leadership will help expand our global reach, strengthen our partner relationships, and accelerate the value we deliver to customers.”

Shenoy’s career spans senior leadership roles at Avaya, Moxo, and ScoreData, where he built and led global alliances across North America, Europe, and Asia. His international experience and cross-cultural perspective support Smart Communications’ continued expansion across global markets.

“Smart has built a powerful platform and strong reputation with customers in highly regulated industries,” said Shenoy. “By strengthening our global ecosystem and deepening collaboration with technology and services partners, we have a tremendous opportunity to accelerate innovation, expand customer value, and drive growth together.”

Outside of work, Shenoy co-founded Chirag, a nonprofit organization supporting more than 2,500 children with special needs across the United States and India.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an M.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
