Smart Communications Named as Strong Performer in Independent Report on CCM

The pioneering Smart Communications SaaS solution achieves among the highest scores in the CCM product strategy criterion, and is cited for maintaining “the strongest cloud strategy”

London – Smart Communications, a division of Thunderhead, has been named as a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Communications Management, Q2 2016.

Published today, the Forrester research states: “always strong for interactive elements, Smart Communications has a contemporary and fresh feel, with real-time preview and editing” and that comparatively “its design capability is nearly fully featured in a thin client.” In addition, Forrester cites Smart Communications among companies who have “repositioned their products to focus on communication hubs that support broader customer communication”, in what we believe is an acknowledgement that the print-first era is behind us.
